Updating an existing beachside property we enlisted the services of architects, builders, interior designers and landscapers to completely reimagine this property. We managed this project from acquisition to ideation and completion to provide a turn key solution for our international expat clients.

During this complete refurbishment of an existing beachfront property, we managed the interior design, furnishings and fit out of this property on behalf of our Brisbane based clients.

We worked alongside the builders to complete the finishing selections, furniture sourcing and installation ready for the first guests to arrive. We managed everything, right down to dressing the bedrooms with luxurious linens.

Albatross Avenue

After working with our expat clients to acquire this beach front property at an unrepeatable price, we set about connecting them with our network of designers and builders on the coast to completely refurbish this property. The highlight was the rooftop pool area which we transformed into a tropical oasis, protected from the harsh beachfront conditions.
