Kate joins COAST as a Buyer’s Associate supporting our Principal Buyer’s Agent, Joe Pullos in sourcing and identifying properties that match our client’s specific briefs.
With real estate in her blood, Kate hails from one of Queensland’s best known Auctioneering families and grew up spending weekends and holidays with her family at Mermaid Beach. Kate knows the Gold Coast inside out and has an extensive personal network of Real Estate agents, Property Developers and vendors direct to utilise in her role sourcing ideal properties for our clients.
Kate’s international Television Production experience in varied roles includes sourcing property locations for TV shows such as ‘The Bachelor’ and ‘FBoy Island’.
Kate now happily calls the GC home and is incredibly passionate about the amazing benefits of the lifestyle here. After living abroad for many years, Kate has a first hand understanding of the challenges expats face sourcing their ideal property remotely.
